1. Create your workspace — one workspace per business or client. Pick the timezone your audience lives in; scheduling, queues and the calendar all use it.
2. Connect channels — Social Channels → Connect. You sign in on the network itself; ITPS Social never sees your password. Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts come together through Facebook Login.
3. Create a post — Create Post → pick channels → write once → customise per network if you like → choose when.
4. Set posting times — Publishing → Queue → add the days and times your audience is active. "Add to queue" in the composer then fills the next free slot automatically.
5. Invite your team — Team → Invite with a role. Reviewers approve, publishers schedule, agents answer comments.
