Privacy Policy

Effective September 10, 2026. This policy applies to ITPS Social (the "Service"), operated by IT PRO SERVICES LLC ("ITPS", "we").

1. What ITPS Social does

ITPS Social lets businesses plan, schedule and publish content to their own social media accounts, read and reply to comments on those accounts, and view performance statistics. To do that, the Service connects to social networks (Meta Platforms — Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts — and, as they are added, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads and Google Business Profile) through their official APIs, with your explicit authorization.

2. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), timezone, and workspace details.
Social network data you authorize: the identifiers, names, usernames and profile pictures of the Pages and accounts you connect; the access tokens the network issues for them (stored encrypted); posts you create through the Service; comments, replies and insights for the connected accounts that you view or manage in the Service.
Content you upload: images, videos and captions you add to the media library or to posts.
Usage and technical data: log records of actions taken in your workspace (who created, edited, approved or published a post), IP address and browser information at sign-in, and diagnostic logs of API calls made on your behalf (endpoint, status, timing — never the content or tokens).
Billing data: subscription plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.

3. How we use it

To provide the Service: publishing posts at the times you choose, showing your calendar, inbox and analytics, and enforcing your workspace's roles and plan.
To keep the Service secure and reliable: authentication, rate limiting, fraud prevention, diagnostics.
To communicate with you about your account, failed posts, expiring authorizations and billing.
To improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage statistics.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use data obtained from social networks for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than operating the features you asked for, and we use Meta Platform data only in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (web hosting, object storage for uploaded media, email delivery, Stripe for payments), with the social networks you connect (to publish and retrieve your content), with members of your own workspace according to the roles you assign, and when required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

Access tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a channel or delete your workspace, and when a network notifies us that you revoked access.
Diagnostic API logs are kept for 30 days; sign-in records for 90 days.
Posts, media and analytics are kept while your workspace exists and removed within 30 days of its deletion, except where retention is required for billing or legal reasons.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Social network tokens and API credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized ITPS staff. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so we also minimise what we keep.

7. Cookies

The Service uses a session cookie required to keep you signed in and a security token to prevent cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing, by using the Service's settings or by contacting us. Residents of the EU/EEA, UK, California and other jurisdictions with data-protection laws have additional rights under those laws, which we honour.

9. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes and contact
