Acceptable Use Policy

Effective September 11, 2026. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.

ITPS Social publishes to networks that each have their own rules. To protect our customers and our access to those networks, you agree not to use the Service to:

Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes intellectual property, or violates the terms, community guidelines or advertising rules of the destination network.
Send spam, engagement bait, misleading claims, or bulk unsolicited replies and comments; run automated follow/unfollow, like or comment schemes.
Connect accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage, or share workspace access with people who should not have it.
Upload malware, or content that is sexually explicit, promotes violence or hate, or exploits minors.
Probe, scan or disrupt the Service, bypass rate limits or plan limits, scrape data, or resell access without a written agreement with ITPS.

We may pause channels, posts or workspaces that put the platform at risk, and we cooperate with networks' enforcement processes. Repeated or serious violations result in termination without refund.
