Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective September 11, 2026.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing → Cancel, or by downgrading to Free. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; no further charges are made. Your data stays available on the Free plan within its limits.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or when the Service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours because of a fault on our side (contact us within 30 days for a prorated credit).
Free trials convert to paid plans automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand; we email a reminder three days before.
Add-on channels and seats are prorated when added; removing them stops the charge from the next invoice.
If you believe you were charged in error, email billing@it-ps.net within 14 days of the charge with the invoice number — we respond within two business days.

Price changes

We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects an existing subscription.
