Terms of Service

Effective September 10, 2026. These terms are a template prepared for IT PRO SERVICES LLC and should be reviewed by counsel before general availability.

1. The Service

ITPS Social is a subscription service that helps you schedule and publish content to social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and to engage with your audience on those accounts. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organisation you represent.

2. Your accounts and content

You must have the right to connect and manage every social account you add, and to publish every piece of content you schedule.
You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each network's terms, community guidelines and applicable law.
Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send spam, publish unlawful or infringing content, harass anyone, evade a network's rules, scrape data, probe or disrupt the Service, or resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the prices shown in the Service. Additional connected channels or seats beyond your plan's included quantity are charged at the rates displayed and confirmed by you before they are added; changes are prorated. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Social networks

Each network controls its own API. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable because of a network's policies or outages, and a network may revoke access at any time. We publish only what their official APIs allow and never simulate a feature a network does not support.

6. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your content; you grant us only the licence needed to store, process and transmit it to the networks you choose. We keep all rights to the Service and its software.

7. Termination

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate or suspend the Service for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal reasons, with notice where practicable. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that posts will publish at the exact scheduled second or that a network will accept them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITPS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. General
