Image and video requirements
Formats and sizes per network.
- Upload: JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, MP4, MOV. Images up to 8 MB, videos up to 512 MB (ask us to raise it).
- Instagram: JPEG only, 4:5 to 1.91:1, videos as Reels. Facebook: PNG/JPG/GIF/WEBP, one video per post. X: up to 4 images or 1 MP4, 5 MB images. Pinterest: JPG/PNG up to 20 MB. YouTube: MP4/MOV.
- Add alt text on every image — networks that support it (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest) receive it.
