| Publisher | Create, edit and publish posts; view inbox and analytics; media. |
| Content Creator | Create and edit posts (submits for approval); media. |
| Reviewer / Approver | Approve or return posts; edit; analytics. |
| Analyst | Analytics only. |
| Engagement Agent | Inbox: view and reply. |
| Read only | View analytics and inbox. |
Invite from Team → Invite. The link works for 7 days. Seats (members + pending invitations) count against your plan; extra seats can be added on paid plans with the price shown before you confirm.
